Type your own words and clues, and this tool automatically arranges them into a genuine interlocking crossword grid — finding the shared letters and fitting everything together, the way a real crossword works. No manual grid-drawing, no guessing where words will fit.

What it does:

- Add unlimited words with your own clues — birthday facts, wedding trivia, classroom vocabulary, family in-jokes, team names, anything

- Auto-generates a real interlocking crossword grid from your word list, numbering every clue correctly (Across/Down)

- Switch between Solve Mode (type answers in-browser, correct letters highlight automatically) and Answer Key mode

- Print a clean blank puzzle for guests/students, and a separate answer key for yourself

- Give your puzzle a custom title

- Auto-saves your word list in the file itself — come back and regenerate anytime

How it works:

1. Download the HTML file

2. Double-click to open it in any browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)

3. Type in your words and clues, click "Generate puzzle"

4. Solve on screen or print — the file remembers your word list next time

This is a single self-contained file — works completely offline, forever, with no subscription and no account needed. Great for birthday parties, wedding "sip & solve" games, classroom vocabulary review, family reunions, or any custom trivia night.

This is a digital item — no physical product will be shipped. For personal use; reselling or redistributing the tool file itself is not permitted. Very short or unusual word combinations may not all fit into one grid — the tool will tell you which words couldn't be placed so you can adjust your list.
